Vendor Certification

HOA Strategies is thankful to the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. We have a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, we have signed up with a 3rd party vendor compliance firm named VIVE.

VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry. Registration is required for all vendors to continue a relationship with us. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking less than 15 minutes and comes with a nominal annual fee.

FAQ

We can begin managing your community with 24 hour notice if you provide us with a homeowner listing.
Yes, we can meet your needs. No company has extra staff waiting in the wings ready to rush in to help new communities. If they do, then their current communities are paying too much for unnecessary overhead. We manage our business to meet the demands of our current communities and plan to grow our employee base at a pace necessary to provide excellent customer service to any future communities.
